It’s so gratifying when we receive praise from our clients for a job well done. The BBAV team strive to exceed our client’s expectations at every given opportunity and always give 100% to a project.

OMG you guys are awesome! The conference was reported to be the BEST EVER,
and this was largely due to the system you provided us.

It was so easy to use, and Tiger gave us a very thorough briefing. In
years gone by this conference has been plagued with sound issues, and it

We never let a little rain spoil our fun..

When the Nth QLD Cowboys played the Gold Coast Titans at Barlow Park in Cairns on Feb 26th  we were in the middle of a fortnight-long downpour. The monsoon rains had certainly hit, and not only were we being inundated from above, but there was also so much accumulated ground water that you could’ve staged a heat of the Olympic synchronised swimming competition. (thanks to the aftereffects of a little cyclone called Yasi)

But….we never let a little rain spoil our fun and the show had to go on, so the boys did a quick shopping trip, bought enough tarp to transport a blue whale and got stuck into installing the HK system.

According to the boys – ‘once you’re wet you can’t really get any wetter’ – but I did notice a little extra webbing growing between their toes when they got back to work on Monday.  :-)

More praise for our Techs

It’s been a huge couple of weeks for the BBAV team. Our Techs have worked themselves into the ground and we’re soooo proud of their consistently fantastic attitudes and professional performance.

We think they’re pretty amazing, and it’s nice to know our clients echo that sentiment…  Great work guys!

The new truck arrives.

We’re excited! With new audiovisual and themeing equipment arriving daily, we’ve needed to purchase another transport vehicle.
So the original work truck now has a big brother. For our clients, this means we’re able to move more equipment more efficiently. For our team, this means hassle-free loading, delivery and collection.

With 4 vehicles now in the Bright Black AV fleet the garage is a little on the crowded side.  But it’s allowing us to better service our clients and that’s what we’re all about!
